
Dance to Fitness™ is a dance fitness program which combines different group activities with High energy dance, High Intensity Interval Training, H.I.I.T and Cardio Kickboxing to music from around the world to create a workout that would really move you – spirit, soul and body in a positive and supportive atmosphere.
The workout features declarations to engage the mind and spirit; fast, moderate and slow tempo music combined with cardio and strength training to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Dance to Fitness is for everyone, regardless of your age or size. Participants burn up to 800 calories per hour while having fun, losing weight and getting fit.
